A township assisted living residence took its cooking classes on the road to share with the rest of Brick’s seniors.
On Wednesday, Feb 15th Brandywine Living at Reflections Food Service Director, Thomas Fitzgerald, took Brandywine’s Cooking with Class Program on the road!
Fitzgerald, along with Yolene Michel, Wellness Director; Denise Bickel, Escapades Producer; and Faithe Bland, Director of Community Relations; along with several residents visited the Brick Senior Center on Adamstown Road in Brick.

Fitzgerald demonstrated how to cook one of his favorite dishes, Pasta Primavera, in front of approximately 50 Brick Township residents and employees.
The room gave Tom’s presentation and lunch a thumbs up as they finished their meals with a fresh fruit cup.
