The attorney representing Brick 70 Developers, LLC, the company planning on building a Wawa and quick-service restaurant<\/a> near the intersection of Duquesne Boulevard and Route 70, said he will hold a meeting with concerned residents before Wednesday night\u2019s Board of Adjustment meeting at town hall, where the matter will be heard by board members.<\/p>\n

Testimony\u00a0will pick up Wednesday where it left off Feb. 1, the last time the board considered the project, which will be the only matter on the agenda this week.<\/p>\n

Attorney John Jackson forwarded the following announcement to Brick Shorebeat:<\/p>\n

Brick 70 Developers, LLC, the developer proposing a WaWa convenience store\/gasoline filling station, along with a quick service restaurant, at Route 70 near the intersection of Duquesne Boulevard, in Brick, hereby invites all interested persons to meet at the Brick Municipal Complex at 5 pm on February 22, 2017 \u00a0to informally review plans and discuss\u00a0 the proposal.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

The attorney for the applicant will be present along with the site civil design engineer as well\u00a0 as representatives of the developer, to answer questions until 7:00 pm when the public hearing is scheduled to continue. All plans will be available for review. \u00a0The meeting will take place at the Brick Municipal Complex at 401 Chambersbridge Road, Brick, NJ. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
