A township assisted living residence took its cooking classes on the road to share with the rest of Brick\u2019s seniors.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Feb\u00a015th Brandywine Living at Reflections Food Service Director, Thomas Fitzgerald, took Brandywine\u2019s Cooking with Class Program on the road!<\/p>\n

Fitzgerald, along with Yolene Michel, Wellness Director; Denise Bickel, Escapades Producer; and Faithe Bland, Director of Community Relations; along with several residents visited the Brick Senior Center on Adamstown Road in Brick.<\/p>\n

Fitzgerald demonstrated how to cook one of his favorite dishes, Pasta Primavera, in front of approximately 50 Brick Township residents and employees.<\/p>\n

The room gave Tom\u2019s presentation and lunch a thumbs up as they finished their meals with a fresh fruit cup.<\/p>\n
