Robert Lokerson. The men, now inmates at the Ocean County Jail, forced entry into the apartment and \u201cremoved items within,\u201d Lokerson said.<\/p>\n<p>Detective Joe Hynes arrested Steven Carpenter, 24, of Herkimer Road in Brick July 6, and William Reeves, 29, of Schindler Drive in Brick, July 7.
