The officer noticed a black female, now identified as Foffanah, sitting in the front seat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the patrolman approached the vehicle, he observed the individual on the passenger seat unconscious and unresponsive,\u201d Della Fave said.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Leslie Cauvin from the Ocean County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office pronounced\u00a0Foffanah dead at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo outward signs of trauma were noted to the body of the decedent,\u201d said Della Fave.<\/p>\n<p>The scene was processed and photographed by Detective Laudicina. A search of the vehicle yielded negative results, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased woman was transported to Community Medical Center in Toms River pending a scheduled post mortem examination.
