The application also calls for a variance to allow the parking of commercial vehicles on the lot, which is normally prohibited in the township&#8217;s zoning ordinance.<\/p>\n<p>The entire development would take up&nbsp;8,080 square feet, while the existing business encompassed&nbsp;8,513 square feet, according to the developer&#8217;s application.
