West wind 5 to 9 m.p.h. Overnight between Monday and Tuesday, there is a\u00a0chance of rain and snow before 3 a.m., then a chance of rain, snow, and sleet between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., then a chance of rain after 4 a.m., the National Weather Service said. The overnight low will be around 32. Little or no snow and sleet accumulation is expected, the NWS report said.<\/p>\n<p>Rain will continue into Tuesday, mainly before noon. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 47.
