Brick has dispatched a total of 92 snow plows to clear streets, officials said Thursday, as the Shore deals with the first major snowstorm of 2018.<\/p>\n

The first shift of plows will work until 9 p.m., then the second shift will work from 9 p.m. to 12 noon Friday.<\/p>\n

Crews will open a lane on every street; after that, they will go back to begin clearing streets from curb to curb and pushing back snow at intersections and corners.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe appreciate your patience,\u201d the township said in an announcement.<\/p>\n

A blizzard warning remains in effect until 7 p.m. Then frigid temperatures will move in \u2013 the high Friday is expected to be just 18, with wind chills in the single digits.<\/p>\n
