The changes would happen in time for the 2019 summer season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t do it until 2019 because we started selling our \u201918 badges before Christmas,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re allowed to charge up to double [for nonresidents], so what we\u2019re probably going to do is charge more for the daily badges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A plan being discussed would raise the price of a daily badge from $5 to $8.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeason badges and season parking and all that will have a price differential,\u201d Ducey said.<\/p>\n<p>As it currently stands, the price for a season badge in Brick is $25 and a season parking pass is $30.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fcbkbttn_buttons_block\" id=\"fcbkbttn_left\"><div class=\"fb-share-button fcbkbttn_large_button \" data-href=\"https:\/\/shorebeat.com\/brick\/2018\/02\/brick-plans-higher-beach-fees-for-nonresidents\/\" data-type=\"button_count\" data-size=\"large\"><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Out-of-towners may have to pay more to hit the beach in Brick, but visitors will have one more season to save on badges.
