The paving project is named for the development, known as Bluff View Estates, which is situated in the northern portion of town, backing up to the Manasquan River.<\/p>\n<p>Though it is known as the Bluff View project, it does not include Bluff View Drive itself, which is the source of many complaints from motorists due to its poor condition.
