Nirschl Realty Holdings, is seeking permission to build a two-story addition consisting of 545 square feet on the first floor, 606 square feet on the second floor and a 546 square foot basement.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing, scheduled for July 11, is necessary because of several minor variances that are required before construction can begin.
