The Brick officers conducted a records check and found Martinez-Guevara was wanted, at which point they turned him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement\u2019s Enforcement and Removal Operations team, based in Newark.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez-Guevara is reportedly a member of the notorious gang Mara Salvatrucha, more commonly known as MS-13.
