Henry Drew said, the Brick Township Police Department was able to identify the two suspects who were captured on surveillance video at the Wawa located at 116 Brick Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas W. Quinn, 20, of Arrowhead Park Drive, and Naverine A. Celeste, 21 of Sunrise Street turned themselves in at Brick Police Headquarters on Oct. 7<\/p>\n<p>Both suspects were charged with theft by deception and computer theft (utilizing a bank debit card).
