At Home, a home decor superstore with 164 locations nationwide, opened its doors yesterday in Brick at the Laurel Square shopping center between routes 88 and 70.<\/p>\n

The 94,500-square-foot home d\u00e9cor superstore, located in the former K-Mart property, offers more than 50,000 home decor items, from\u00a0furniture, mirrors, rugs, art and housewares to tabletop, patio and seasonal decor, the company said in a statement.<\/p>\n

The Brick location is the second to open in South Jersey, after a store in Cherry Hill opened in November of 2017.<\/p>\n

The Brick store reflects the company\u2019s current branding, a combination of gray and light blue coloring with a warehouse-style layout. The location opened with multiple Christmas-themed displays as well as aisles upon aisles of merchandise and an open-style checkout counter. The interior of the building has been heavily renovated as compared to the K-Mart which formerly occupied the space.<\/p>\n

According to the company\u2019s statement, the Plano, Tex.-based retailer often switches up items depending on the season and dominant market trends.<\/p>\n

The Brick store\u2019s open house event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, beginning at 9 a.m., the company said. The open house will include gift card giveaways for the first 50 people who visit the store and sign up for At Home Insider Perks, the company\u2019s discount program.<\/p>\n
