Jim Kelly said. The caller, a 21-year old female, saw a person\u2019s shadow outside her bedroom window. Upon arrival, officers immediately canvassed the area, said Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>In the wooded area behind the caller\u2019s home, Officers Scott Mesmer and Joseph Riccio found a man crouching behind a tree. The man was identified as Ryan Hubbard, also of Hardean Road. Officers subsequently arrested Hubbard and charged him with criminal trespassing.
