According to the office\u2019s website, Alino was lodged in a jail in Key West but was released on bond Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The incident, which occurred Tuesday at the Hogfish Bar & Grill, Stock Island, Fla., was witnessed by a restaurant employee who called police. A report from CBS Miami said the employee was worried the child was being choked so hard that she might lose consciousness.
