Officers secured a perimeter and, soon after, took him into custody. He was booked into the Ocean County Jail on Sunday, records show.<\/p>\n<p>Foster, 21, is accused of carrying on a domestic violence incident over the course of several days, assaulting his 20-year-old girlfriend beginning on Oct 2. He repeatedly assaulted her with punches, slaps, pushes, bites, and strangulation, police said.<\/p>\n<p>The initial search for Foster included a slew of police officers, K9 units and even a New Jersey State Police helicopter.<\/p>\n<p>Foster was previously known as rapper <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/zel-khalil\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cZel Khalil,\u201d<\/a> \u2013 Khalil is his middle name, according to jail records \u2013 and was once featured in a \u201cWho\u2019s Next\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/whosnext.hot97.com\/artist\/6903\" target=\"_blank\">rap battle contest<\/a> on New York City hip-hop station Hot97.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKill \u2019em with the charm,\u201d Foster raps in one his songs, <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/zel-khalil\/diamond-girl-zel-khalil\" target=\"_blank\">Diamond Girl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Foster\u2019s bail has been set at $200,000, and he is currently lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
