Jim Kelly said. That man was ultimately identified as Craig Turner, 43, of Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>Turner was found not breathing and without a pulse, Kelly said. Officers immediately began lifesaving measures and were later assisted by EMTs. Despite the first responders\u2019 best efforts, they were unable to revive him. Turner had recently been reported missing out of Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNothing on the scene indicates foul play,\u201d Kelly said.<\/p>\n<p>The Ocean County Sheriff\u2019s Department and the county medical examiner\u2019s office responded to assist at the scene.
