The lots would be located at 466 Princeton Avenue and 811 Midstreams Road.<\/p>\n<p>The application calls for two lots to support single-family homes. The board must also approve a variance granting the owner permission to have a 5-foot rear setback on the Midstreams lot where 15-feet is usually required.
