A police report said Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus allegedly killed her victim using a wine chiller device, reportedly over a domestic dispute that may have involved a potential divorce.<\/p>\n<p>A warrant for the arrest of Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus was issued May 18.
