Kremer and Son Marine Contractors, of Brick, to replace the bulkheads, and remove and dispose of existing backfill.<\/p>\n<p>The bulkheads are located at: Lawndale Drive, Brower Drive, South Drive, East Coral Drive and Bayshore Drive.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said four bids were received after packets were mailed to 43 potential contractors. The bids ranged from $1,137,117 to the low bid, which was submitted by R.
