Brick Township\u2019s Recreation Department is hosting a Thanksgiving coloring contest.<\/p>\n

Children in three age groups (0-4, 5-8 and 9-12) can print out the image from a download page<\/a> on the township\u2019s website, then print it out and color it. Entrants should then scan it or take a picture of it and email it to recoffice@bricktownship.net by Wednesday, Nov. 25. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ll have some fun prizes for the winners,\u201d the township said in an announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The coloring contest is the latest event in the \u201cPlay at Home\u201d series the recreation department has been running since the coronavirus pandemic put a stop to many of the township\u2019s traditional activities. The department set up a Facebook group<\/a> to keep families apprised of new events.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is going to be the first of many activities that our awesome Recreation Department is going to do through this page to keep people engaged,\u201d the announcement said.<\/span><\/p>\n
