Jim Kelly, the passenger in the vehicle, Demetrius Baynard, 28, of Brick, was found with approximately 11 grams of crack cocaine packaged for resale, a digital scale, six Xanax pills, and $570 in assorted bills.<\/p>\n<p>Baynard was arrested and charged with possession of crack, possession of Xanax, possession of crack with the intent to distribute, possession of Xanax with the intent to distribute, and possession of paraphernalia.
