Jim Kelly, detectives stopped a vehicle \u201cassociated with the reported activity\u201d at about 8:30 p.m. The detectives identified the occupants as Daniel Brennan, 53, of Manchester, and Alyssa Thomas, 27, of Brick.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation that ensued along with the traffic stop revealed methamphetamine, heroin, syringes and other drug paraphernalia, Kelly said. Brennan and Thomas were charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of hypodermic syringes and possession of paraphernalia.\u00a0 Thomas received an additional charge for possession of heroin.<\/p>\n<p>Brennan\u2019s charges were placed on a summons and he was released. Thomas\u2019s charges were placed on a warrant and she was lodged in Ocean County Jail.
