Jim Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>That traffic stop led to the seizure of 350 wax folds of heroin, paraphernalia, and approximately four grams of crack cocaine. Police arrested George Murray Sr., 53, of Brick, and Christoph J. Polperio, 41, of Toms River.<\/p>\n<p>Murray was charged with possession of heroin and crack, possession of heroin and crack with the intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, failure to turn a controlled dangerous substance over to police, and obstruction of justice. Murray was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Polperio was charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia, as well as traffic summonses.
