(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Brick Township Police Department\u2019s Street Crimes Unit arrested two Brick men \u2013 a father and son \u2013 after they witnessed what was alleged to be a hand-to-hand drug deal in the parking lot of the township\u2019s Walmart store on Route 88.<\/p>\n<p>Street Crimes Unit Detectives allegedly observed a hand-to-hand transaction between two vehicles\u2019 occupants in the parking lot during the evening hours of May 4, police said in a statement. One of the vehicles left the area and detectives stopped it for traffic violations, while the other vehicle left the area and could not be located.<\/p>\n<p>During the traffic stop, police say they discovered heroin, cocaine, used syringes, and various other forms of paraphernalia in the vehicle. The driver, Scott Butler, 58, of Brick, was arrested for possession of cocaine drug paraphernalia and was issued traffic summonses.
