No onsite-construction will take place, and the existing lighting and exterior features will remain in place. No new signs will be placed at the site \u2013 the existing signs for the funeral home will simply be replaced with similar signs indicating Sheer\u2019s logo.<\/p>\n<p>The property takes up 1.17 acres off Sally Ike Road, located behind the Brick American youth baseball league.
