Brick police were seeking the help of the public in locating two township teenagers, sisters ages 14 and 17, who were reported missing, the department said.<\/p>\n

It is believed the 17-year-old obtained the keys to a household member\u2019s vehicle and left with her 14-year-old sister, police said. They have not returned home and are not answering calls or texts. Their social media accounts have been deactivated. The two girls\u2019 names were not released.<\/p>\n

The vehicle is a maroon-colored 2011 Nissan Murano with New Jersey license plates. The first three characters of the license plate are F43.<\/p>\n

Photos of the two teens are pictured with this story. The 17-year old is described as standing 5\u20193\u2033, approx. 150 lbs, with braided hair, wearing a black \u201cRick and Morty\u201d sweatshirt, black jeans and white sneakers. The 14-year old is described as 5\u20193\u2033, approx. 140 lbs, with long braided hair, wearing \u201cPink\u201d brand sweatpants and long sleeve shirt.<\/p>\n

Police are asking anyone who sees the vehicle and\/or these two girls call immediately at 732-262-1100 or contact Det. Ken Steinberg at 732-262-1113.<\/p>\n
