Having spent quite a bit of time on the east side of Barnegat Bay recently (which, admittedly, makes sense for sunsets) we relaxed and took a break in Island Heights along the boardwalk to check things out.<\/p>\n<p>There was quite a crowd \u2013 even in February \u2013 and the views of the sky didn\u2019t disappoint. Adding to the good news, milder temperatures are on the way for the next few days.<\/p>\n<p>According to the National Weather Service, Thursday\u2019s high is forecast to be 55 degrees, a full 12 degrees above average, alongside sunny skies. It will be breezy, however, later in the day with light winds increasing to 20 m.p.h. in the afternoon. The winds will subside at nightfall.<\/p>\n<p>Friday, likewise, will be sunny with a high of 51 degrees. Saturday\u2019s high will rebound to 55 degrees with partly sunny skies.
