The rain will linger into Wednesday, but move out by about 1 p.m., followed by gradual clearing, ending in <strong>sunny skies<\/strong>. The high will be a mild 62 degrees, and areas inland from the beaches have the potential to see a high of closer to 65.<\/p>\n<p>Then, on Thursday, the chance of <strong>snow<\/strong> arrives before 10 a.m., followed a <strong>change to rain and snow<\/strong> between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., then a final <strong>change to all rain<\/strong> after 3 p.m. Little or no snow accumulation is expected Thursday morning, the National Weather Service said.<\/p>\n<p>The rain, unfortunately, will continue into Friday afternoon, the NWS said.
