In some cases, the temperatures will vary drastically from mainland-to-island in Ocean County.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, there will be a chance of showers before 12 noon, followed by increasingly sunny skies. The high on the island will be 64 degrees; the mainland temperature will be 70 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday will bring partly sunny skies with an island high of 62 degrees and a mainland high of 70 degrees. Thursday will be the warmest day of the week, with a forecast high of 80 on the mainland under sunny skies, but with a chance of a thunderstorm in the late afternoon.
