The property is located at 359 Cherry Quay Road, near the intersection of Circle Drive. All six homes proposed will be single-family and will conform to the underlying zoning. No variances \u2013 use or bulk \u2013 are being requested. A 7,749 square foot right-of-way will be dedicated to Brick Township as part of the plan, which will also separate several of the homes.
