East wind will be light,\u00a0 at 5 to 10 m.p.h. The NWS warned of the possibility of <strong>tidal flooding this week<\/strong>, coinciding with the moon phase and the natural tide cycles. Specifically, the agency cautioned of minor coastal flooding at times of high tide on Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday<\/strong> will bring partly sunny skies with a chance of showers and a high of 77 degrees, the NWS said. Showers are also possible Tuesday night.
