F&S Holding Company, owned by Vincent Favia, Anthony Storino and Vincent Storino, of Point Pleasant Beach, according to tax records, proposed the subdivision earlier this year with the aim of converting two residential lots to five residential lots, each of which could support a single-family home in the R7.5 zone. There are currently two residences standing; one will be demolished and the other will remain amidst the new construction.
