A light west wind around 5 mph, becoming south, will be present in the afternoon. <strong>Overnight<\/strong>, clouds will increase with a low of 35 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Things will begin to (slowly) get interesting <strong>Tuesday<\/strong>, with mostly cloudy skies, and a high near 39 degrees. Northwest winds will move 5 to 10 mph, but gusts as high as 20 mph will enter the picture by the end of the day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday<\/strong>, precipitation is forecast to move in. There will be a <strong>chance of rain and snow<\/strong> between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m., then a chance of snow after 4 a.m. The &#8220;rain-snow line&#8221; may be heavily localized, however, and some areas a bit closer inland will not see the initial rainfall. Still, the snow event is not expected to cause significant issues, given that there will be a 40 percent chance of precipitation, and new snow accumulation are predicted to total less than a half-inch.
