East winds will move 10-15 m.p.h.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday night, the storm will ramp up in intensity, first with rain, but then changing to snow late at night. The NWS expects between 1 and 2 inches of snow to accumulate,though the nighttime low will stay slightly above freezing, limiting issues on roadways.<\/p>\n<p>Rain and snow will continue Tuesday morning and afternoon, becoming all rain after 2 p.m., the NWS said. A 39 degree high temperature will be coupled with with a sustained west wind 15 to 20 m.p.h., with gusts as high as 40 m.p.h. Little or no snow accumulation is expected during the daytime hours on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The foul weather will continue into Tuesday night. There will be a chance of rain before 8 p.m., then a chance of rain and snow between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Wednesday, then a final small area of snow after 2 a.m. It will otherwise be cloudy, with a low around 33 degrees. It will remain breezy overnight, with a west wind 20 to 25 m.p.h., with gusts as high as 40 m.p.h. It will continue to be windy.<\/p>\n<p>The NWS said minor coastal flooding could be possible during the storm, however no major issues are expected.<\/p>\n<p>Offshore, a Small Craft Advisory is in effect for Atlantic Ocean coastal waters due to seas of 5-8 feet.
