(Photo: Shorebeat)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Motorists who violate traffic laws in the parking lots and driveways of 20 privately-owned properties in Brick Township would be subject to receive a summons from police under an ordinance adopted Tuesday night.<\/p>\n<p>New Jersey state law enables a private property owner \u2013 usually a business or homeowners\u2019 association \u2013 to request the township allow its officers to enforce laws under Title 39, the state\u2019s motor vehicle code, on their land.
