(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Brick Township branch of the Ocean County Library will present a free landlord-tenant law workshop next month.<\/p>\n<p>The program will held answer questions about your rights and responsibilities as either a landlord or tenant, led by attorney Eugenia Lynch, whose office is located in Toms River. Topics will include landlord-tenant filing processes, court access, and legal rights and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch has been an attorney for over 30 years. She currently concentrates in the areas of criminal, municipal court, and family law.
