Lisa Parker said.<\/p>\n<p>She was arrested and ultimate released on her own recognizance after being processed at Manchester police headquarters following the traffic stop, which occurred 1:57 a.m. Saturday morning, said Parker.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, Scott Montoro, 43, of Easton, Pa., was stopped after officers say they saw him\u00a0speeding and not maintaining his lane of travel on Route 70 while driving his 1999 Plymouth Voyager. After some roadside tests, Montoro was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, Parker said.
