In the coming months, the shopping center\u2019s owner, Federal Realty, said this week that a number of new businesses will be moving in.<\/p>\n<p>Two new store brands are slated to open in Brick Plaza soon \u2013 namely J. Crew Factory and GAP Factory, said Amanda Cheslock, spokesperson for Federal Realty, which owns the shopping center.<\/p>\n<p>J. Crew Factory is the main brand\u2019s budget-friendly sibling \u2014 known for its similar \u201cpreppy\u201d vibe and style, but striking a chord between the brand\u2019s newest offerings and \u201cclearance\u201d or \u201coverstock\u201d items. The company operates 328 J. Crew Factory stores across the United States. Similarly, GAP Factory is the discount arm of the popular clothing brand, which operates corporate-owned stores in 45 states. It offers an exclusive line of \u201ccasual-chic\u201d clothing, the company said, as well as shoes and accessories designed specifically for the \u201cGAP Factory\u201d chain rather than retired items or those left over from previous seasons.<\/p>\n<p>J. Dae Gee is a small chain that was founded in Colorado and operates several restaurants there, as well as two in Texas and one in Indian, Massachusetts and North Carolina.
