It also requests a variance for the minimum accessory side yard setback on one of the proposed new lots, which measures 18.4 feet where 25 feet is required. Additionally, a design waiver is sought from mandates for shade trees and street trees, as none are proposed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The application does not include proposals for future development \u2013 merely the subdivision of the property itself. The parcel, however, was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/2023-Lanes-Mill-Rd-Brick-NJ-08724\/457258985_zpid\/\">advertised to \u201cinvestors and builders\u201d<\/a> in a real estate listing.
