Aviles, 44, of Drum Point Road, was charged Jan. 15 with the Dec. 22, 2014 crime, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Aviles, authorities allege, took Christmas gifts that included electronic items from a Long Branch apartment. The gifts were valued over $500.
