(Photo: Daniel Nee)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Brick\u2019s zoning maps will now be easier to read \u2013 in living color.<\/p>\n<p>The township council passed an ordinance on first reading this week to adopt the revised maps to reflect the change, a product of many hours of work by township employees who were tasked with converting the entirety of Brick\u2019s landscape from hard-to-read black and white to full color.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs technology has advanced, it makes it easier for members of the public and builders to read them,\u201d said Township Planner Mike Fowler.<\/p>\n<p>The new maps will come in extra handy with so many people in town rebuilding after Superstorm Sandy, officials said.
