The sexual contact with the two girls occurred in Toms River during the summer of 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Jusino will have to serve 85 percent of his sentence under the state\u2019s No Early Release Act and register as a sex offender after he is released from prison, Superior Court Judge Rochelle Gizinski ruled. An evaluation at the state\u2019s sex offender treatment center at Avenel found Jusino not to be a repetitive and compulsive offender, Della Fave said.<\/p>\n<p>The victims and their families were present in court for the sentencing with support from prosecutor\u2019s office Victim Witness Advocate Debra Giordano.\u00a0 The Case was investigated by Special Victims Unit Det.
