The heaviest snow will occur between 12 midnight and 7 a.m. Tuesday, the briefing said, which will have a significant impact on Tuesday morning\u2019s rush hour. The snow will end by midday Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Temperatures Monday night through Wednesday will be more moderate, with wind chills remaining above zero.
