(Credit: NWS) Click to expand.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>March is coming in like a lion, forecasters say, with snow, sleet, freezing rain and plain rain on the way.<\/p>\n<p>According to the National Weather Service\u2019s office in Mount Holly, the storm will begin as snow after 2 p.m. Sunday, then change to a mix of rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet before 1 a.m. Monday morning. The snow will begin transitioning to ice during the late afternoon hours, the weather service said, with the changeover occurring from south to north. The snow totals will be light \u2013 just about an inch or so, but the ice could make for dangerous driving conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday\u2019s high will be 32 degrees, with the overnight low Sunday night into Monday forecast to be 31 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>A winter weather advisory was in effect for all of southern New Jersey, including Ocean County.<\/p>\n<p>The storm will end Monday morning, with mostly cloudy skies giving way to gradual clearing with a high near 40.
