(Credit: NWS)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Forecasters with the National Weather Service say 50 degree temperatures on Wednesday will plummet during the night and give way to a snowstorm that will dump 8-10 inches in Ocean County.<\/p>\n<p>The Ocean County area, according to a forecast issued by weather officials Wednesday, will take the brunt of the storm. Snow totals will taper off north of Monmouth County and south of the Atlantic City area. A winter storm warning has been issued for Ocean County from 11 p.m. Wednesday night until 7 p.m. Thursday evening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo significant changes to going forecast ideas,\u201d Press of Atlantic City meteorologist Dan Skeldon posted on his popular Facebook page at about 1:30 p.m. Skeldon said the midday forecast models remained largely the same as previous models indicating a snowstorm for the Jersey Shore.<\/p>\n<p>Rain will begin to change to snow at about 11 p.m., forecasters say, with sleet mixing in until about 2 a.m., when the precipitation will change over to all snow. Snow will continue during the day Thursday, ending by 7 p.m., with 5-9 inches falling.
