Neal Pedersen said. The crash brought down a utility pole with power lines collapsing down into a parking lot. The vehicle was identified as a 2004 Jeep that was being operated by Kyle Reinstadlter, whose age was not listed in a statement from police on the accident.<\/p>\n<p>Reinstadlter\u00a0received minor injuries from the crash and refused medical attention at the scene, Pedersen said.<\/p>\n<p>Officer Jay Nye issued Reinstadlter a summons for failure to maintain lane and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from JCP&L and Verizon responded to the scene to assess the damage to the pole.
