Graf, of Schindler Drive, this week, prosecutors said. The charges stem from a July 14, 2014 crash that occurred on Route 35 in Wall Township.<\/p>\n<p>Wall Township police said at the time of the crash that Graf was driving a 2014 Ford pickup truck when he rear-ended another vehicle, setting off a chain-reaction style accident that involved four vehicles.
