See the updated story here.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Brick schools Superintendent Walter Uszenski and Director of Special Services Andrew Morgan have both been arrested and taken into police custody.<\/p>\n<p>Both men are charged with two counts of official misconduct and theft by deception. Morgan is currently in the Ocean County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, Uszenski had been in the jail at at least one point today but is no longer listed as being there.<\/p>\n<p>The details on the alleged crimes of the two men have not yet been divulged by prosecutors.
